Prime, Downstate email and Prime-Portal accounts all use the same username and password.  Changing your Downstate password will apply to all three systems.

You can change your Downstate password only by logging into the Downstate email system.

After you have successfully logged into your iNotes email account:

• Click the Preferences options at the top right.
• In the Preferences pop-up window that appears, select the Other tab.
• Select the Change internet password option.
• Fill in the text boxes: Enter the "OLD password", then enter "New password" twice and then OK
