When loging into email, I get a screen that has my username and a box to enter my password. I enter in my password, but get the same screen back. I can still login to PRIME without any difficulty.
This can happen when a change was made to your account such as processing a name change request. The new name conflicts with the old name and causes an access control list error.
This problem can only be fixed by the email people in the IS department. You need to contact our office to report the problem or send an email from another account to email@example.com.
