I requested a name change, but it does not show in my email or in Prime

Problem

I made a name change request through the Registrar's Office but do not see this change in email or Prime.

Reason

Name changes are processed once we have received notification from the Registrar. We can not make the change without this notification.

Solution

Please contact the Registrar's Office and request that they submit the name change request to our office.
