How do I reset my Downstate password for email, Prime and Prime-Portal?

The same password works for email, Prime and Prime-Portal.  For security purposes, passwords are not reset in response to email or phone requests; users must come on campus and present valid proof of identity.  If you have forgotten your password, you will need to present your Downstate photo ID at the campus HelpDesk office (BSB 1-26, 718-270-4357) during normal business hours.
